Blue cotton flared dress. It is made of a soft, thick fabric whose weave highlights the alternating vertical lines of matte and satin herringbone. On the front, lying pleats are sewn to a small height and underlined by a white croquet braid. Then, without restraint, they flare out all the way to the bottom of the short dress. The full-height button placket is also trimmed with white croquet, as is the collar, the points of which are also hand-embroidered with white flowers, and the bottom of the long sleeves with elasticated cuffs. In the back, a yoke supports the gathers for greater freedom of movement. The corners of the square collar feature the same white flowers as on the front. This dress is lined in blue cotton voile to acclimatize to the rigors of the season.
